My name is Leslie, and I’m a rising third-year at the University of Virginia interning in DC this summer. Seven applications into the job hunting process (mmm I love being unpaid), I realized that if I’m going to do anything at all this summer, it’s gonna have to cost (next to) zero dollars. Since I’m already going out of my way to find free/cheap things, I figured why hog all that information? Hence this blog was born. If you have ideas that are fun, free and/or cheap (i.e. free events in DC metro area, what you and your friends do when you’re broke, cheap recipes)  let me know!
